Sanjay Patil is an ex-banker turned entrepreneur with over 23 years of combined experience spanning banking, consulting, and the rubber manufacturing industry. After 16 successful years in banking—working closely with leading manufacturing companies—he transitioned into strategic consulting for reputed Indian rubber firms, helping shape their business and global marketing strategies. Recognizing India’s potential and non-China sourcing, he founded Manar Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in 2024 to deliver high-quality, globally competitive rubber components. Sanjay blends financial expertise, industrial insight, and a global vision to position Manar Polymers as a trusted partner in the international rubber supply chain.
At just 36, Vishal Uttam Telge is a new-age entrepreneur redefining precision engineering. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, Vishal combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight — a rare blend that drives innovation and growth at every step.
Carrying forward the legacy of Uttam Tools, established by his father in 1996, Vishal stepped into the world of manufacturing as a proud second-generation leader. In 2014, he founded Manar Tools Pvt. Ltd., with a clear vision: to deliver excellence in the precision tool industry through quality, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.
Under his leadership, Manar Tools has recorded consistent year-on-year growth, earning a reputation for performance and precision. Vishal’s belief in continuous improvement and his commitment to adopting advanced manufacturing technologies are at the core of the company’s success.
